Anna Lappe is a national bestselling author and public speaker on food politics, sustainable agriculture, globalization, and social change. She has co-authored two books, 'Hope's Edge', which chronicles world-wide social movements addressing root causes of poverty and hunger, and 'Grub: Ideas for an Urban Organic Kitchen', which provides a look into industrial food production and chemical agriculture and offers ideas for alternatives. With Frances Moore Lappe, Anna leads the Cambridge-based Small Planet Institute, a collaborative network for research and popular education.
